WhatsApp message to them They responded very quickly asking for a photo within minutes came back saying it was unusual for blinds to be stuck In that position and gave me instructions of what to do. 15 seconds later problem sorted.
Honestly, just the best experience with Louis and his team at Elmsley. Excellent customer service right from the start. Great price, great work and now we are sat looking at our beautiful new blinds! Very happy customers!

Amazing service! Professional, polite, and the blinds are incredible. I can’t recommend this company enough! They fitted blinds throughout my whole house — from taped blinds to electric roller blinds — and everything was perfect. Loius and his team are the best in the business. Living on a new build estate they fitted every room with my blinds the day I moved in. Amazing service had bespoke Venetians fitted to our bifold doors two years ago, have recommended to my whole family who have had the same since and all love. Couldn’t fault so got them back out for roller blinds on the rest of the house, great service, great price and will definitely come back when it’s time for a change.
