I ordered a custom door through Adam Smith over a month ago and had absolutely no communication from the company at all so I chased them up and was told they didn't have any proof of my deposit which I emailed them. They then said they'd call me back which they didn't, my husband chased it up with still no refund in sight. I sent numerous emails after this but still no promise of the front door or refund instead so now I will be going to the ombudsman. What an absolute joke of a company.
Update: really poor after sales. Been trying to get ahold of someone for months but not getting anywhere. I have no invoice or guarantee paperwork. Just had my windows done. Salesman was great and to the point. Fitters were very careful and tidy. After sales care is really good and any snags were dealt with quickly! Only time will tell with regards to quality of product.
I had eight windows along with a front and back door installed by Perfect Glazing, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and professional. The workmanship was excellent, the fitting team were clean, tidy, and respectful of my home, and the follow up care was fantastic. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality and a reliable service.
Disappointed, I had windows fitted in February 2019, now three of the windows have failed with water vapour inside them. I called them today to ask and the warranty and was told that they only offer 3 years warranty on the windows and 10 years on the frames.
