From our first meeting we knew Optimus windows and doors were a professional outfit and they would do a good job. They lived up to our expectations. Arrived on time and fitted the door to perfection. Explaining all about the locking mechanism and the minimal maintenance required. We would definitely use them again

Excellent customer service - we were referred to Chris via Timberlook windows. We live in a large period home renovation with single glazing, and were looking at whether or not we should consider the cost of replacing the windows with double glazing units. I can't praise Chris, Jon and Tim enough, from our first meeting ,when we looked and discussed the types of windows and doors with Chris, who is professional and very knowledgeable , he put us at ease with our questions so we arrange a date for the survey at our property and received our quote a few days later , not the cheapest but we are so glad we went ahead. Jon and Tim have a wealth of knowledge and experience and made the process look easy, the finishing touches are brilliant , and the benefit of having no mess left after the days work . From my very first enquiry about a quote, with my many questions, right through to the last day of installation, I cannot fault anyone at Optimus. They kept me updated about order progress, rang to give me updates and Tim and John who carried out the fitting of my new windows and doors were outstanding. Kept everything clean and tidy and the finishing touches around the windows are faultless. If you are in any doubts about using Optimus, rest assured, I would highly recommend them.
