Liverpool Glass & Joinery Ltd

Liverpool Glass & Joinery Ltd was founded in 1962 by Joe. The business is family-run and has spanned three generations. Colin, Joe's son, took over the business in 1979. Alan joined the family business in 1983. The company is now owned by the Woodcock family, who took over in 2026. The company serves homes and businesses across Liverpool and Merseyside. Its main services are bespoke stained glass, leaded lights, Victorian restoration, glass repairs, and premium joinery.

Householders and small businesses bringing in repair and fabrication work find a Liverpool glazier and joiner that handles jobs of every size. Repeat customers describe bespoke pieces such as a glass table top, a dressing table cover, a picture frame pane and a leaded window repaired on site, alongside replacement windows and a new pane set into a front door. A detail many reviews return to is the speed of the turnaround, with measurements taken and glass supplied and fitted the same day in one account.

Clear explanations of the options, accurate cutting even when a customer's own figures had to be corrected, and a readiness to put mistakes right without fuss or further charge recur across the feedback. Care over the finish is highlighted, with installations left clean and free of damage, and the independent workshop atmosphere is valued for allowing a piece of glass to be cut to size without a fitting obligation. Colin and Alan are named for their helpful and knowledgeable approach, while fabricated glass and joinery work is described as beautifully executed at a fair price. Repeat visits and a customer travelling from Cheshire underline the personal service.
