Roby Glazing Ltd

Roby Glazing Ltd was established over 39 years ago by Mike O'Boyle and John Austin, who are still hands-on in running the company. The company has been providing services since 1982. All employees are CSCS registered card holders, CRB checked and Health & Safety trained. Roby Glazing Ltd is FENSA certified installers.

It serves domestic and commercial customers, working with city councils, local authorities, schools, community colleges, universities, hospitals, English Heritage Sites, and well-known retail chains. The company provides all aspects of glazing throughout Merseyside and surrounding areas. It offers a same day call-out service and a fitting service.

Households in Liverpool describe a glazing specialist that handles replacement windows, doors, sealed units and bay windows, covering full property renewals as well as supply-only double glazed units. The standard of the finished result is a recurring point, with installations completed neatly and front doors hung exactly as requested. Pace and dependability also feature repeatedly, one account describing a replacement unit supplied and fitted within days of the first call, while Gary is named for working swiftly and without problems.

Tidiness comes up often, since fitters are said to clear as they go and leave no mess, marks or paintwork requiring attention. Fair pricing and clear quotations appear in several accounts, one customer finding the firm cheaper than others approached and receiving everything requested on a door. Communication before and after the work is commended, and when faults from a previous installation came to light, additional hands were brought in to correct them and make good. The owners are said to have visited daily to monitor progress, and small extras such as replacement hinges were included.
