Spoke to a rude, blunt woman on the phone who cut me off and hung up mid query around the differences in repair and replacement after enquiring for a quote on my first new home purchase. Won’t be contacting again given the service. Disclaimer: had no windows replaced or fitted by this firm, just very unhappy with level of service.

I called because my mom who has dementia had a large crack in window someone came out to measure within half hr then 4 days later the glass was fitted the lads came early which was better for me as I have work very clean no mess at all thank you I would defo recommend this team and I will do use again

My glassing was done efficiently, and professionally . In addition , I accidentally overpaid my bill without noticing . This was pointed out to me and refunded. Unfortunately, much of the world is not this honest . Thank you
