JMF Windows & Doors Oxford

From start to finish JMF have been such a pleasure to deal with. Lauren who initially helped us and got us a quote for a new door was so efficient that we arranged a visit to the showroom pretty immediately. The door was fitted yesterday by Martin who was very professional, tidy and polite. The door looks fantastic and is clearly great quality. It’s added smart kerb appeal to our house. I would strongly recommend this company and all the people we have dealt with (Jake and Jo as well) have been a pleasure. Thank you !

Fantastic service from JMF! The extreme recent high temperatures affected my front door and it became difficult to close and completely unlockable, making securing my home impossible. I phoned JMF and spoke with Jo who was very friendly and helpful. Within half an hour the wonderful Ian arrived and was able to work his magic! He adjusted the door and it now closes and locks like new. Huge thanks to Jo and Ian. I would highly recommend JMF for providing an amazing service.

We have used JMF a few times now & always received an excellent service. More recently we had a problem with the locks on our conservatory doors which was sorted very quickly. Would highly recommend as always very professional, prompt & courteous.

JMF Windows & Doors have done a couple of jobs for me, both carried out by courteous and experienced workmen at reasonable cost and in a timely manner. The most recent job was urgent and Jake pulled out the stops to get it all done in 3 working days, including the new glass unit! Highly recommended!

We had a fab experience with JMF and love our new doors and windows. Jake’s brochure was really easy to navigate and had LOADS of choices. When he came to visit he offered just the right amount of design advice to help us make great choices but still feel like we’d made the final decision. His dad walked through samples in the showroom which was small but definitely big enough to get a feel for the variety of products snd styles. Delivery was ahead of time. Installation was clean and the team had great communication and talked us through each step. We are delighted with the end product and now saving up to get the back done!

An excellent service from JMF windows who installed sliding doors at the back of the house, replaced a cracked window and also did some cladding. I have been really impressed with the service from start to finish. The whole team have been friendly and professional and the attention to detail of the fitters was fantastic. They pointed out a mark on the inside of a window panel and said they would be back to replace it. I very much doubt I would have even noticed the mark but appreciate that this was raised with me. JMF immediately ordered a new panel and arranged for this to be sorted quickly. I still cannot stop looking at the sliding doors and the difference this has made to my space. Thank you so much. I will be highly recommending and returning in the future if/when needed 😊

JMF have done a super job of replacing our old conservatory with a brand new 'warm roof' version. Easy to talk with and delievered exactly what was promised. I have used JMF twice now and would recommend to anyone needing this kind of work done!
