Ian was extremely prompt in replying to my enquiry and had measured and ordered the shattered double glazed unit, keeping me informed if the status throughout. He subsequently fitted the nee unit a week later and removed the damaged unit with the minimum of fuss. Ian provided a first rate service from start to finish I couldnt recommend him highly enough, 5 stars.

I called Ian today at 9am, a call back within a couple of minutes and he had confirmed he could help us carry out an emergency repair at one of our clients properties. Within a short time this morning he was on site, carried out a tricky glass repair in a void window , cleaned up and it was good as new.
