From start to finish a brilliant service was had, the initial consultation was very clear and gave us a price straight away no waiting around, we were shown samples to choose from including colours and hardware. Communication all the way through was outstanding and the guys that came to fit the doors did an outstanding job even overcame obstacles in getting the frames into the back garden for the bifolds, they were friendly and considerate and worked efficiently and tidied up very well at the end of the day, I would definitely recommend Orion Windows to anyone. And we will be going back for the rest of our windows in the future.

Even though there was a small issue with the survey, the team rectified the issue very quickly and professionally and at no extra cost. In early 2016 the previous owners of our home had a large glass extension added by Orion to the rear of the house. When we viewed the property the extension was a key selling point and we bought the house at the end of 2018. A fee was paid to Orion to put the guarantee in our name. In recent months the main door handle has become loose. I called Orion to ask if it was covered under guarantee and to obtain a replacement even if it was not. Unfortunately the guarantee had ended just a few months earlier. However, Dawn undertook to see if the handle was still available. Not only did Dawn order a replacement handle she supplied it free of charge. Within 2 days I was able to swap the old, worn handle for the shiny new one. I was happy just to be able to replace the handle. But the service from Orion was beyond what they needed to do. Our extension continues to be admired by our visitors.

We entered into a discussion with Orion Windows over an issue regarding feathering on the inside of one of the double glazed panels of our French doors, Once we had brought this to their attention their response was very quick and efficient. The matter was resolved within a few weeks resulting in a new panel being installed. Throughout the process we were very pleased with Orion's response and attention to detail and would have no hesitation in buying their products in the future. We were able to get a 'human' response instead of dealing with AI. Excellent customer service.

Update: 17 April 2026 So waited 3 weeks for the “fix” as they wanted 2 “engineers” a full day to investigate the issue. Roy turned up, dried the gutter and put sealant in the joints, 45 mins later they left site “job done”. 3 hours later it rained and the leak came back. I honestly wouldn’t trust this company. I hate this extension, £45,000 spent on a single storey extension and we are now spend everyday hating our living room. Thank you Orion, for leaving us in this situation, both with disabilities having to endlessly contact, chase and put up with this. How is the legal? Update: 3 April 2026 Wanted to provide an update, Orion have finally managed to resolve the leak, by basically drilling a hole for the water to escape, so not technically finding the gap but at least no more damage it that corner….. unfortunately, a new corner has now started to leak. This has now been doing it for over a month and will be having its second visit later this month. So far this has only damage a coffee table, lamp and paint… My advice is to not go with them for the living roofs, they are not fit for purpose and I am currently trying to get this roof to last us another year before we get funds for a new roof. If they could buy us out of the guarantee I would snap their hands up. ********************************** Every time it rains the roof leaks. They have come out twice now, guessed what it could be rather than actually taking everything back and investigating. This will be the third call to make them aware now. Every time it leaks, it leaks over the lights, down the wall through the plaster and what damage am I left with? They do no investigation inside, I don’t know if the electrics are safe, if the plaster is ruined, just keep getting told that they will keep “trying” to repair while me and my family could be left with dangerous electrics…… this leak was from a light downpour, what is it going to be like in a storm. Over £40,000 for this project, and it’s made us hate our home. Update - came out yesterday (third time) and the roof leak is not repaired. I have spoken to Citizens Advice today and got a reference. Let’s see how far it goes. Would I recommend using this company, No. The room smells damp, water ingress has damaged furniture and decoration. Who knows what damage is being done inside the cavity as they refuse to investigate inside! Electrics flicker and they’ve ignored it. After sales is an after thought. If I could get a refund for this project and get it reroofed I would do. 15/07/2025 - Update - first bit of rain of the summer and it’s as worse than ever. Again this will be the fifth attempt now. Wallpaper is getting ruined, room smells damp. How long do we give it before it starts to damage other areas?

Orion have been outstanding from start to finish. Chris came and quoted me for both a new composite front door and UVPC back door. He was very knowledgeable and provided samples of what I would recieve. He was very professional and arrived on time. He also was able to show me the design I picked what it would look like on the door before it went ahead. Then through to the process of ordering the doors and organising finance. The process was very simple and easy. Once the finance was approved the doors were ordered. Orion customer services emailed myself with a provisional date of instillation with options to change if I needed to. They then kept me up to date throughout the waiting process to say if any changes or if was still on schedule for the planned date. I wasnt there on the day if the instillation due to work commitments however I had family member there to over see who told me they were very efficient. Arrived just withing the time frame. Was very tidy. Made very little damage to any walls in the instillation process. They took away the old doors and the new doors look fantastic. Was done in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves. The customer service after instillation has been amazing. Ensuring the correct documents were sent and the warranty has been validated and asking if I've have any concerns with delivery and instillation and if there was any issues after. 5 star service. Great value for money. Different Finance options available to suit everyone's needs. Would definately recommend.
