⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We recently had our front and back doors replaced by Doors 4 U and are delighted with the result. The new doors have transformed the look of our home and feel much more secure and modern than the old ones. The fitting team were professional and the work was completed to a high standard. We had a small misunderstanding regarding removal of the old doors, but the company resolved it quickly and fairly, which we really appreciated. My recent experience with Doors4You at the Warwick Road branch has been deeply disappointing. What should have been a simple purchase turned into weeks of frustration due to disorganisation, poor communication, and a complete lack of customer care. Unprofessional and Poor Communication - The staff member at the Warwick Road store demonstrated some of the worst customer service I’ve encountered. His communication style was abrupt, dismissive, and unhelpful. Rather than providing clear guidance or support, he gave me false information and seemed uninterested in resolving any issues. Incorrect Information About Returns & Warranty - I was explicitly told that there were no returns or warranty on the door I purchased. A few days later, their own social media post stated that all doors come with a 14‑day return policy. This was misleading, contradictory, and completely unacceptable. Customers deserve accurate information at the point of sale. Multiple Errors with Handles & Fittings - Not only was I given the wrong handle and fittings, but it took four separate attempts for the shop to get it right. Even after repeated mistakes, the customer service remained unhelpful and unapologetic. No one from the store took responsibility or made any effort to come out and resolve the issue properly. Missing Hinge Caps – Still No Resolution After 8 Weeks - The door was sold to me without hinge caps. It has now been 8 weeks and there is still no sign of them. Despite contacting the shop multiple times, I have received no meaningful update or support. Instead, they expect me to keep travelling back and forth to the store with no guarantee that the parts will even be there. Lack of Ownership or Willingness to Help - At every stage, the attitude felt like “not our problem.” No follow‑up, no accountability, and no urgency to fix their mistakes. For a business selling essential home products, this level of service is unacceptable.

I had a great experience with Doors4U. There were plenty of door styles to choose from and the ordering process was quick and easy. The door arrived well-finished and feels strong and durable. Overall I’m very happy with my purchase and would recommend them.

Absolutely outstanding service and the door fitters were perfection in the work they carried out a 5 star ⭐ job, polite & professional too, from the moment I rang up to enquire and explained what type of door I wanted everything exceeded my expectations and nothing was a problem, I’m over the moon 😊 Thankyou x

Purchased a window from this company for a garage conversion and paid £300 cheaper than anywhere else, sadly after fitting we noticed that one of the double glazing panels had blown and failed. After making them aware, Bob rang me and contacted me direct and offered to get the glass fully re made free of charge and it was delivered 4 days later, with no hassle or problems, he also regularly updated me of progress. Yes we had a slight hiccup as the glass was defective but we couldn’t fault Bob and his customer service, the problem was resolved and we still have the huge saving of buying another window elsewhere.

Fawad and the team have been great from day one and any issues I have had he has resolved them promptly plus all his doors come with 10 year warranty for peace of mind. Compared to other company prices his are way cheaper and nothing is compromised with the quality.
