DJS Home and Windows

DJS Home & Windows is a window and door installer based in Sutton Coldfield, focusing mainly on the Midlands area. The company was established in 2020 and has over a decade of experience in the building and double glazing trades. It is FENSA registered and offers an insurance backed guarantee on all installations.

The company does not employ sales staff; the person met will be a qualified and experienced FENSA registered installer. Its main services are windows, doors, conservatories, and orangeries. The company has also undertaken bespoke work in London and the southern counties.

Punctuality, craftsmanship and a courteous manner are what reviewers keep returning to in accounts of this Birmingham window supplier. Named fitters such as Dave, Greg, Ryan and David are described as arriving when promised, working tidily and treating the home with respect, laying covers over carpets and taking all rubbish away at the end. Several customers highlight the neatness of the finished result across replacement windows, double glazed panels, French doors and even a cat flap, with the new glazing credited for keeping out the cold and improving the look of the property.

Clear communication features strongly, from a same-evening reply to an email and next-day measuring to a quote supplied within hours and updates as the work progressed. Advice on maintaining the new windows is mentioned appreciatively, and reviewers note that the team has been called back for further jobs years after an initial installation. The willingness to go the extra mile, including a quick repair alongside two window fittings, is a point that comes up often, and the same personnel are trusted for both installations and later remedial work.
