So a thank you very much for dealing with something very small, but very relevant to the job that I was dealing with.
Quick and easy to arrange and sort. Really happy with the work completed. Had lots of options available. Everything seemed really straight forward. Will definitely be using again for other projects later down the line.
Amazing from start to finish. My new door is wonderful, so solid and sound proof. The guys who fitted it was brilliant, so respectful of our home. no mess the finish and workman ship is fantastic. There was no damage to my walls or brick work where original door frame was removed and new one fitted. Even came back to fit me a spy hole a week later as wasn't sure i wanted it on the fitting day. Thank you so much classic will definitely be recommending you.
Very pleased with the quality of our new patio doors. A straightforward and problem-free process from the original survey through to the final fitting by the Classic Windows team. I have just had a new front door fitted. I had a home visit from Chris who talked me through the various designs. no pressure sale involved. the fitters did an excellent job and it looks absolutely wonderful. the quality of the door and fittings are top notch and the price was spot on. I would definitely recommend this company.
We contacted Classic after a recommendation from the company we're using for a Kitchen Remodel. They were exceptionally helpful and informative when they visited to measure up for the quote, providing suggestions and guidance for the best options for our Late Victorian home. We agreed to go ahead and replace all the windows as well as French Doors for the Kitchen. This ended up being 19 separate windows plus the doors, covering a Bay Window as well as double casements in nearly every other room. The fitters were with us for a week but were amongst the cleanest trades we have ever had work done by. Their commitment to doing a quality install and giving us guidance on the best options for inside and outside trim go above and beyond anything we have experienced over many years. The standard of work and finish are exceptional. We would wholeheartedly recommend Classic Windows & Doors to anyone needing new windows and doors.
We have used Classic to fit several UPVC windows and an aluminium sliding patio door. Some of the work has involved more than just simple replacement... one job involved bricking up an existing doorway and fitting a window. The patio door was being fitted in an existing window opening, so brickwork had to be removed and made good afterwards. The quality of work is excellent and their communication is reliable and clear. The tradespeople doing the work were punctual, polite, tidy and looked to enjoy their work. Something we really appreciated was their commitment to any snagging jobs. Ian has been out to adjust the doors, and fix a small problem with one of the windows. There was never a question about it and the work was done quickly and to a high standard. We have been back to them 3 times now for different jobs; that's how satisfied we've been. I would definitely recommend this firm.
