DO NOT BUY FROM THIS RIP OFF RUDE COMPANY!!!!!!!! We recently purchased 5 oak burr doors nearly £400 per door. Took 5 months to come!!!! Week before they were due to be delivered, they then advised the furniture for doors was not available till weeks after doors arrive!! Then advised we had to find our own joiner as her son was too busy with a back log!!!! Doors arrived one was completely wrong size, they refused to change stating it was our fault thats the size we ordered. My husband built the frame so think he knows what size hmmmmmm Final straw delivered and because my husband wanted to check the doors wasnt damaged. The son started swearing at my husband!!! Stay well away rip off company their customer service was atrocious. . Definitely don't get your doors fitted by elegant doors!!!

We recently completed a very large order of Garofoli doors through Elegant Doors, and although we experienced an extremely difficult issue with the original delivery, I can honestly say that the way this company handled the situation was exceptional. Mistakes can happen anywhere — what truly matters is how a company responds when something goes wrong. The entire order was remade at their expense, every detail was corrected, communication was always kind and transparent, and throughout the whole process we genuinely felt that they truly cared about making things right. The final result is absolutely beautiful, and we are beyond happy with our doors. I especially want to thank Sue personally — not only for being highly professional, but also for being such a warm, thoughtful and deeply decent person. That made all the difference during a very stressful renovation process. Had Piazza Grafic doors (2 fixed and 2 sliding) recently. Exceptional customer service from Matt. They look fantastic and so much better than the other aluminium crittel style doors we could have gone with. Highly recommend
