The customer service and workmanship we experienced with Old English Doors was 5 star. We had a new partition wall and internal door installed in an open floor space which ‘worked’ perfectly for us. Dan managed and worked on the whole project from start to finish and was a pleasure to work with. We would highly recommend OED.

Old English Doors produced a set of retail fixtures for a national store on my behalf, and the entire experience was excellent. They were efficient, dependable, and delivered work of a genuinely high standard. The final result not only improved on what I’d had before, but exceeded my expectations. In-store, the display looks beautiful and really stands out compared to other brands. I’m very pleased with the outcome and wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again.
We have just had our new front door made and fitted by Old English Doors. Daniel and the team were very helpful throughout the design process and the care taken during installation was impressive. They clearly take pride in their work. We are very happy with the result.
We had a solid European oak door made to order in Nov 2020. It took a while for us to get this made to our specification, most places we tried weren't prepared or able to do it but OED impressed us with the quality of the doors we had seen on a visit. We were not disappointed with the result when it was finished. The quality of the workmanship and the thought put into its construction are seriously impressive and it is incredibly solid (and heavy). We fitted it with bronze furniture from Broughtons in Leicester; it has received many admiring comments and it looks as good today as it did the day it was fitted which is nearly 5 years ago. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend OED, you can be sure of receiving the highest quality product.
We are over the moon with the end product. It's the talking point of the house! My husband and I spent a substantial amount of time researching traditional door companies for our Edwardian farmhouse and are so glad we discovered Old English Doors! There aren't many businesses out there that offer quality craftmanship, a bespoke stained glass service and installation without using a 3rd party. Dan was knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process from start to finish. We visited the workshop initially to see how the process would evolve and establish the client relationship, a reassurance to us as we were based several hours away from Nottingham. The whole team were very experienced and friendly and did a marvellous job of fitting the door when the time came. We are honestly delighted and would 100% recommend Dan and the team to anyone looking for a bespoke, tailor made service. Thank you Old English Doors.
