CI Group

This Company was a disaster to deal with. The specifications of the roof where emailed to me after ordering which was accepted. When the installation started they where not building to the specifications sent. I stopped them from working and finally got them to build to the specifications sent. The timber they started to use was untreated and fixings un galvanised. So again I stopped work. They then proceeded installation but not working to any direction the installers had no idea how to build a roof and how much wood to use, so again as I am from a building career I had to force them to install more rafters so a min of 600mm centres was achieved from there 1.2m centres. All went well until the plasterboard was installed and they decided not to support the plasterboard edges, when my plasterer saw it he refused to work on it. So it all had to come down and reinstalled. What should have taken 2-3 weeks took 3 months. The installation team where rude and thought they could help themselves to scrap aluminium with out asking and intimidated my wife when challenged. The management where rude and not bothered. I was just glad to get rid of them off my property in the end. Good luck if you choose this company as you will need it..

Hi, had my conservatory roof converted by CI Croup yesterday the fitters arrived on time and the work they done was exceptional, no mess, the job was done in one day as they said, so I would have no problem in recommending them

The efficiency, service and total professionalism. Apart from a slight hiatus with the scaffolders, the installation went without a hitch. The two Polish fitters were polite, friendly and frighteningly efficient. The entire replacement of our conservatory roof was achieved in a day and a half. We were kept updated at every stage and when completed the two gentlemen cleaned up and it was as though they'd never been here (apart from the solid new roof!). We would recommend them without hesitation to anyone seeking a solid roof to replace a glass one

This company were honest and reliable. They worked quickly and efficiently keeping the place tidy at all times. When finished we were very pleased with the results. We now have an all year round room.

I recently had my 20 plus year old conservatory roof replaced by CI Group (interior and tiled exterior). As most people find, it was just very cold in Winter and too hot in Summer. I cannot praise this company enough! The professionalism from Angie who came to price the job, to the surveyor, and the two hardworking men (Darren and Steve) who completed the job was exceptional. Darren and Steve worked like Trojans, were extremely personable, and tidy. Thank you so much both. You made the disruption that I wasn’t looking forward to, a complete pleasure. I have no hesitation in recommending this company at all. I haven’t got enough effusive praise for them!!

I cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish their work was excellent. They were quick, did a brilliant job and cleaned up after themselves so well. We can now use our conservatory all year round.

I’m really pleased with my replacement conservatory roof. From the outside, it looks far more modern and blends in beautifully with the rest of the house. Inside, it’s made a huge difference—the space is now comfortable all year round and feels like a proper room rather than a conservatory. It’s completely transformed the area into a usable part of my home that I enjoy spending time in every day. The workers were prompt, professional, and made sure everything was left clean and clutter-free, which was much appreciated. Overall, a great improvement that I’d highly recommend.
