We contacted several companies when we decided to remove our old conservatory and replace it with a much larger one. Our previous conservatory had a polycarbonate roof, so it was never practical to use all year round. After speaking to a few companies, we chose Snug Conservatory Solutions, and we've never looked back. From the very first phone call with John, the service was outstanding. He took the time to get to know both me and my partner, listened to exactly what we wanted, and was always happy to answer our questions. Nothing ever felt rushed, and we really appreciated how involved he kept us throughout the whole process. Once everything was agreed, things moved incredibly quickly. The team came out to measure up, then removed and disposed of our old conservatory, including the foundations. The groundwork was completed in no time, and once the bespoke framework and windows arrived, Phil and Bradley worked exceptionally hard to get everything installed. From there, the rest of the project flowed seamlessly. The floor was levelled, plastering completed, the electrician came in, and all the finishing touches were carried out to a very high standard. The whole process was efficient, well organised, and the finished conservatory has completely transformed our home. What really stood out was the customer service. Communication was excellent from start to finish, with regular updates and everything explained in a way that was easy to understand. Even now, John still remembers us and our family, which says a lot about the genuine care they have for their customers. A very good experience having the guys here changing our polycarbonate to solid roof. This will aid us in the future I do believe and the room has been used more since completion. The guys were very professional in all their work and it was a pleasure to host them. All work was carried out to a more than satisfactory conclusion and they were well deserved of their tea and coffee!! Thank you guys and also John and Ian for organising all that was required.

I had a Snug make over on my conservatory and they did an amazing job! The job took 12 hours in total and was completed in 1 day! The service was amazing and the gentleman doing the job workerd so hard. i am so glad i got the roof finally converted and i wish i had done it sooner! Thanks again Snug, highly recommended

We decided we wanted to make better use of our conservatory, it had the usual problems, it was too hot in summer and too cold in winter. We considered all options and decided a warm roof conversion was the best way to go. After some research and eventual receipt of estimates, we decided to go with Snug who were well priced and supplied good advice about the conversion. The job was carried out by Leon and Aaron who worked professionally and with the minimum of disruption, clearing up each day to keep the mess down. The plasterer who was also extremely skilled did an excellent job of the interior. The finished job was excellent and we now have a room which feels more like the rest of the house and externally looks so much better than the glass roofed conservatory we had. We are very happy with the service from Snug, they kept us informed throughout the work and were always quick to respond to any questions we had. We would recommend them without any hesitation.

Once I saw that one of my vinyl records that I left on the player had warped and twisted due to the hot weather. I knew something had to be, done, so wife and I discussed, task given to me, made the call, but wasn’t prepared for the amount of calls, emails, video consultations, face to face meetings that came with it, hard sell sales people, range of products, outside panels only, full roof, bespoke, made onsite, off the shelf, ceiling only with huge price differences. We were overwhelmed, decided to respond to many by declining, which some took badly, vinyl records removed, project on pause. This year 2026 we decided we were ready and had agreed the product we wanted based on our budget and our needs. I contacted John again because when I spoke with him last year on the phone, he was kind, patient, friendly, really listened to our needs, budget, shared pictures of their work , basically educated me on the range of products and the industry, with no hard sell, wished me the best and said to feel free to come back, no charge, just genuine free advice, a rarity in today’s world. I knew in my mind there and then we’d be coming back. Yes, two great lads arrived, both professional, respectful, friendly, both felt comfortable to leave them alone on many occasions to go out and get on with our day. A delivery of materials arrived and later on the electrician arrived and she was also polite, respectful, friendly, very professional, only asking where do we want the dimmer switch to be and showing the fixtures and how it would look, so this meant all would be completed in one day and not two because everything fell into place. We now have a beautiful looking insulated white ceiling with six spot lights and it has transformed our conservatory. We no longer feel like we’re sitting outside, but snug and cosy. We got four companies to quote to replace our conservatory roof: we're glad we chose SNUG Roofing. They gave a comprehensive explanation of the work to be carried out, with solid reasons for their choice of materials and methods. SNUG were not the cheapest, but we think they gave the best value. Communication throughout was excellent - telling us what would happen and when - and it all went as they said. All the workmen were great - friendly and professional. They cleared up after themselves. The new roof looks great and the standard of the plastering is superb. Very happy with everything.

Snug put on an insulated roof to my conservatory. Mark and Dec built and installed the roof on site. They were very polite and professional. I am very pleased with the result and would recommend Snug to anyone who wants a nice professionally built roof on their conservatory by a surprisingly very honest and very helpful company.
