From start to finish, Cardiff Windows & Doors were outstanding. Having had a couple of quotes from other companies, it was reassuring to have John come over to assess everything properly. His knowledge and experience highlighted issues the others hadn’t picked up on, and the quote was competitive too, so we had no hesitation in going ahead. Nicky was quick to respond to queries, and John's advice was invaluable in helping us finalising our plans. The two Marks who did most of the installation were an absolute dream — efficient, friendly and tidy. Their attention to detail was fantastic, with lovely little touches on the trim to blend everything into the existing frames. A couple of tiny snags afterwards (a bit of loose trim and a catching window) were sorted quickly and without any fuss. Really pleased with the whole experience. Highly recommended.

We are really impressed with Cardiff Windows and Doors. The guys worked incredibly hard from start to finish and it really shows in the end result. The quality of the finish is spot on — everything looks clean, precise, and professionally done. They took pride in their work and didn’t cut corners and it wasn’t the easiest job to tackle with our unsquare uneven walls but nothing was too much trouble for them. We recently had Mark and John replacing all our windows and they have done a brilliant job. They were incredibly clean, friendly and the result is absolutely brilliant. They weren't the cheapest quote we had, but John took time to explain the process and offered advice on changing some of the window layouts which has made a huge difference. We are glad we spent the little bit more, because the 3 days of fitting have been zero stress and the extra time the team spent on ensuring the finish was pristine, the house was spotless each evening and they were able to accommodate us working from home. Would fully recommend to anyone who needs windows replaced.
