Heath Windows recently installed 2 windows and a terrace door in my flat in Cardiff Bay. The initial contact and follow up was very professionally done. I was informed about every step in the process and on the day of installation, Kyle and Josh arrived on time and over 2 days removed the old windows and door and installed the new ones with the minimum of fuss, keeping me informed all the way through as to what they were doing. I had a very good rapport with them. The finished job was excellent with no need for any repairs or touch-ups. Excellent service from everyone involved. From walking into showroom to final handover of our new conservatory roof the experience was easy, stress free, and professional. James and Kyle turned up on time, worked hard ( installing a roof in a heatwave didn't look like fun ), and kept us informed on progress. Attention to detail was brilliant and everything cleared away at the end of day. Dealing with the office was easy. Professional service all round. Everyone was so pleasant including Brinley the salesman and Justin and Nick who removed our battered old door and replaced it with a lovely composite door. Quality Products, Fantastic Customer Service. We recently had ALUK Casement Windows and an Avantal Front Door fitted. We were extremely happy with the service provided from start to finish - initial contact and support throughout from Max and Marco, surveying by Steve and installation by Justin and team. We had a slight snagging issue with our front door alignment and it was rectified immediately. Plus the cracking show room. Would happily recommend (and have already done so to family)!

Cannot recommend highly enough! Our experience with the team at Heath Windows and doors has been brilliant from start to finish. Max, who was the first person from the company that we encountered when he visited our home to discuss the options with regards to a HUP extension, was extremely professional and personable, putting us at ease immediately. Steve the surveyor who came to dot the 'i's & cross the 't's was clearly extremely experienced and again easy to get on with. There was never any 'hard sell' from either of them and at no time did we feel under any pressure to choose them to do the work, but in the end choosing them was absolutely the right decision for our project. The showroom in Cardiff was an added bonus, enabling us to go and see the HUP build & cladding up close. The HUP design extension has a distinct advantage from traditional builds in that it can still be constructed whatever the weather. This is just as well because to say the weather throughout the build was bad would be an understatement, but the team worked tirelessly everyday despite being soaked most of the time. A special mention must go to the 'main men' James & Kyle who carried out the majority of the HUP construction and were a pleasure to have around. They were both polite, respectful and hard workers. James ensured that he communicated with us really well at all times about the progress of the build. We were sad to see them go but are getting through less tea, coffee, cake & biscuits since they left! We are delighted with the finished build and the extra space that it has given us and very happy with 2 replacement windows that we also had put in at the same time. We have no hesitation in recommending Max, Steve and the team at Heath Windows & Doors and will be back should we ever need their services in the future.
