Fitters Rates Ltd (trading as) Window Fitters Rates

I couldn’t fault the whole experience with this love family run company. From quote to installation, nothing was too much trouble, everything explained and communicated clearly and completed on time. Dexter, Sarah and the team were so helpful and chilled it took all the stress out of the process. Work of high standard, arrived on time and cleaned up afterwards. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you.

We had our front windows replaced by WFR last year and were so impressed that we had them back today to replace another window. Dexter and his team are just brilliant!!! Their work is consistently high quality, professional, and efficient. We will always come back to WFR for any future jobs and highly recommend them to anyone!

Excellent service from start to finish from Dexter Sarah and the team. They were great opening up the show room for us and also very patient during the decision making process. From order to fitting was about two weeks and we couldn’t be happier with the result. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services to others & hope to have them back to fit new windows for us in the near future. Thank you!

Supplied and fitted my new composite front door and aluminium back door absolutely 10/10 quality and service would highly recommend to anyone - Thanks again

"We were thoroughly impressed with this company's exceptional customer service and professional approach. There was zero sales pressure; instead, the focus was entirely on our satisfaction, with approvals sought both before starting and after completion of the work. The comprehensive project—which involved fitting multiple windows, patio doors, two entry doors, and replacing all external fascias and gutters—was completed at a very competitive price. All queries were addressed promptly, the site was kept tidy, and the overall quality of work by Dexter and his crew was superb. Highly recommended, including the helpful and professional Sarah."
