Paid for solid doors, did not get solid doors, but receipts badly hand written just say doors so can't argue the money back. Diabolical that someone would do this. Reporting to trading standards.

Good quality wooden doors supplied and fitted promptly and professionally. Great customer service from Mike and his team. Would recommend.

Do not shop here. Ordered 8 internal doors fo a new extension at the beginning of November which never came. Number of phone calls made and emails requesting information and then requesting reimbursement. They did not respond When we did catch the propriator on the phone he claimed to have been in hopsital for many weeks (Dec) and then claimed he had been in hospital for many weeks (Feb) with a completely different ailment.

Probably one of the worst companies I've ever had to deal with, which is evidently an experience shared by various other customers based on their recent reviews. Spent weeks chasing them up to fit the door, only to be told they would call back over and over and never do. Just excuse after excuse for why they haven't been in touch. Seemingly the entire company shuts down when the owner is unavailable (they are still happy to take orders and payment though). They showed up several times without any prior notice and then blamed me for not being available. It is no wonder they are under administration. The door was finally fitted recently, and their subcontracted carpenter did a good job but I would avoid using this company at all costs - truly awful to deal with and in my opinion, intentionally incompetent. Go literally anywhere else.

I would advise not using this company under any circumstances. Ordered a door with them over the phone from LPD doors, arranged for next day delivery at great cost- I never received it. Spent 3 days chasing them by phone, emailed, visited in person. They tried to blame the couriers however it appears an order wasn't made. They didn't even attempt to provide an explanation of what had happened, I must have called in excess of 50 times and they only answered when I witheld my number, I received no offer of a refund at any point. No response to my emails or calls requesting an invoice, had to go over in person to demand one (which was scribbled out then, despite them telling me 2 days earlier the invoice was "on the table in front of them". Fortunately my credit card refunded me but we still are out of pocket having needed to pay the carpenters to come out a second time. They should not be operating as a business as they are clearly scammers.

Same problems as other customers. Paid a big chunk of the sum for a door and received no communication since. Tried chasing, tried being understanding of personal circumstances and illnesses and all, but have now lost trust. Did not turn up on the day of installation and had to waste a day of holiday. I dont understand why you'd treat people that way. Never honoured promises to call back and blatantly didn't turn up on installation day. I tried carrot, now trying stick but unlikely that I will get a door or money back. I'm convinced the door isn't even ordered and I have been scammed. I purchased a door 6 yrs ago and was so happy with the company. It has now gone downhill. I wanted to order other doors but I wouldn't now. This has caused me so much stress and disappointment.

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! They have taken advantage of my mother. She’s paid for a door, and asked for it to be resized, which they agreed. This was months ago. Months of calls and emails being ignored. I have been down there myself and found a lacklustre and unprofessional service from top to bottom. A request for a full refund will shortly be made, and if not, legal action will be pursued. Business is currently overdue with their accounts, so something tells me this business will be closing before long. Don’t give them any money as there’s a very good chance you won’t see an end product. Follow up - the response received as you can all see below was to contact the shop. Yeah, this yielded the exact same issue. No response, fobbed off and no responsibility taken.
