Excellent service from Windows64. Arrived on time and work completed to a high standard, very professional, very helpful, and a very reasonable price, cost us much less than we were expecting. Highly recommended and would definitely use them again.
Dave has been incredibly helpful and communicative. He came to fix our patio door which has recurring issues, finished it in about 45mins for £90 but came back twice when the issue came back, free of charge. He used ServiceM8 to text arrangements of times and gives you notice when he’s on his way which is really helpful Big fan of his work
Excellent service and pricing. Efficient with providing my quote for the work. On the day, kept me informed of their time of arrival. Very friendly and extremely efficient in fixing my patio door, despite the torrential rain! After fitting the replacement part Dave ensured that the doors closed properly and smoothly, which involved some additional work, which he carried out expertly. Very friendly and a great tradesman who I will definitely recommend to my friends and neighbours. Thank-you.
A prompt no nonsense service. Dave was easy to deal with and from quote to service it was 1 week. The repair itself was quick and with the replacement, looked good as new. Highly recommend
My partner used windows 64 recently, Dave was prompt, efficient and professional, replacing two units in an apartment at Barry Island. Highly recommend. A great service at a very affordable cost.
We had a problem with our bifold doors which left our property unsecured. We were away from the UK and needed a solution urgently. It was also the start of a long and sunny Bank Holiday weekend when very few people were working. Dave from Windows64 responded immediately and fixed the problem in a very timely and professional manner. I would highly recommend.
Dave did a great job replacing glass on our French door plus fixing the lock. He offered us different options and wasn't pushy on selling us anything else. He showed up on time, was friendly and cleaned up after job - overall really pleased with the service. Very reliable and would definitely use again!
