Great service and very knowledgeable staff
Highly unreliable and incompetent service. Do not use. They said they would frame a stained glass picture in a glass frame, within a week. Every week they said it was ready, but it never was. Finally, after six weeks, I collected it, but realised they had not framed it straight. They promised to collect it that day, but never did. Phone calls were almost never answered. Money wasted. I have now received a refund, but no apology-- instead I was told that it had been my intention to get a job done for free!
Rubbish company , unprofessional service, rubbish customer service
I use to this company , I ordered some glass they give me date 1,2 weeks now nearly 6 weeks I didn't hear anything, they promis but they don't do anything . The guy on the phone very rude I never use this company again
