Nothing but praise for Window Doctor. First for Mike who came to measure for a double glazing repair and offered to have a look at our front door that was difficult to open.. Then the lock on a patio door stuck and Karen in the office cheerfully kept me informed of her chase to get someone to come and sort it out before we went away. And for Steve who came to the rescue and made us feel safe

We were very impressed with Damien and Ollie’s professional attitude. They were polite, attentive to our needs, efficient, fast and clean. They talked us through everything they were doing, and showed excellent precision in their work. The service was perfect and we highly recommend it to anyone.

They were efficient, quick and talked through what they were and were not capable of, fixed three windows in my flat for me with no issue and the flat as a whole seems to be warmer, they charged me less than they initially quoted for, overall a really good service

We needed new window seals and a back door lock before the winter weather came. They came to look at the job. We wanted all the window seals changed, they could of made a fast buck out of us but advised us that we don't need to replace them all. These guys are a lovely, friendly family run business who have the right morales and attitude to run a business. I am a small business owner myself and was very very impressed with their professionalism. They work was carried out and I am super happy with the job done. With a world full of bad trade these guys are a gem. 100% will use them again and will tell all my friends about them. Super job a breath of fresh air
