A brilliant job by Paul. We needed to replace a pane of of glass in our Edwardian sash window - it had a crack across it. I rang him at 10am and, as he happened to be in the area, he was able to arrive by 11.30 and do a very neat job in the traditional way, using putty. He was friendly, efficient and tidy. The quality of his work was excellent and represented very good value.
