I highly recommend Adrian's company. We had two windows that needed repairs, and he did the job promtly and effeciently, with great professionalism. He offered information and advice, two different quotes for different options, and then completed the repairs as required with no mess and no fuss! We will certainly be using AMD Windows Services again in the future.

AMD Windows fitted 3 replacement windows and 15 air vents to existing units. Adrian and his colleague carried out an exceptional job on both task in a timely manner and took exceptional care of the existing window and frames throughout. They communicated well and arrived promptly as arranged. They took care to remove waste and clean up thoroughly at the end of the job. They gave a competitive quote and the work to replace some misted and cracked. DGUs was done promptly and effectively. They were able to give a 10 year guarantee from their manufacturer, which I hope means they wont be back! I am fed up with double glazing that gets misted after a few years. Adrian also helpfully gave feed back about other things that he had noticed.

I would highly rate Adrian. My house window was not closing properly, so I contacted Adrian on a Saturday morning. He responded straight away, asked for a few photos of the issue, and arrived within an hour. Adrian quickly identified the problem and fixed it efficiently. The quality of his work was excellent, and his pricing was very fair and reasonable. What I appreciated most was his professionalism and the fact that he is genuinely a friendly guy. He made the job look very simple to us, even though there was quite a bit of work involved, as he needed to detach and realign the window. His skill and experience were clearly evident throughout the repair. One small gesture that really stood out was when I was making the payment. I did not have the exact change, so I gave him five £1 coins to make 5 pounds . He kindly handed the coins back to my toddler and said it wasn’t necessary. That simple act reflected the kind of friendly person he is. I am extremely happy with the service I received and would happily use Adrian again. I will also be recommending him to our housing eatate WhatsApp group, as I am confident others will appreciate the same excellent service. Trustworthy, quick, responsive and excellent communicator - Adrian was lovely to work with and completed the replacement of a blown double glazed window for us. When there was an issue with the first glass pane delivered, he sorted it out in no time and without hassle - will absolutely use him again if required.
