Richard displayed unnecessary dangerous driving and became very aggressive with me about where I had parked my work van for no reason at all and proceeded to threaten me in front of my customer. Several other reviews seem to mention similar behaviour. Very unprofessional.

I would strongly recommend them! They arrived on time, communication and arrangements were clear, and they replaced the frame and front door quickly. Everything was left tidy and clean. Only one complaint from the workers… apparently my cheesecake was too good 😅 so maybe don’t offer them any unless you’re ready to share the recipe 😂

Came out on Wednesday, measured up. New door fitted today no mess or damage a complete PROMPT service in my opinion. Polite and professional can’t fault them! Highly recommend, great service.

Came out on short notice to fix broken front door glass. Gave reasonable price and did the job much quicker than expected. Highly recommended!

Seems to be a common theme in the review here. These guys were blatantly speed through my village and when I simply said "steady up" as they pasted, they slam the brakes on, reverse and start swearing and wanting to pick a fight. I wouldn't trust people like this as far as I could throw them. No respect for anyone. You're driving a van with your company details on! Your conduct effects your business.

DO NOT TRUST! Incredibly aggressive driving, tried to run me off the road when I tried to merge in, then proceeded to brake check me to try to cause an accident, and then beeped continuously as I turned off the road. Dangerous driving, clearly not the first time either, I would not trust a dangerous individual like this in my house.

Absolute rubbish. The window would not shut properly to where I had to really pull it hard to shut it. Two incompetent fools with no clue how to fix windows came out, no shoe coverings. I had to supply them. They then started to hammer the plastic inside the rim which had nothing to do with the issue. Pretended they had fixed it. Cleared off I checked it to find the inside rim of the plastic that joins the glass damaged to where the young one was hammering with such force had left the plastic chipped and the window still unable to close it properly and the window now drooping down. What a couple of amateurs. They will obviously reply back with "what a load of rubbish" but I know what I can see. Never friendly either always rushing around to do the job and quick to get out. NO PRIDE IN DOING THE JOB TO HIGH STANDARD. The van is a gimmick to make it look as if they are really professional. I am glad this is council property and not mine thank god but it's left me feeling unsafe as I live on a ground floor flat. Also took one of the shoe coverings before he had even walked across my carpet to leave. I pointed this out and he denied it following with a response also " YOU SAW NOTHING".
