Called numerous other businesses, all of which said it couldn’t be repaired and would need a full replacement at great expense:until I finally reached Lewis & Co at rs Glazing. They were prompt to respond, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing from the start. Lewis came out and fixed it quickly and professionally, at a fraction of the cost for something others had deemed “impossible to repair.” Courteous, tidy and knowledgeabe,the window is now as good as new. Wow, what amazing professional guys that came to help with a large sliding conservatory door that was a really pain too close. I should mention that this conservatory is approx 30yrs old, so wasn't expecting great things! We have had lots of people over in the last few years, who could do nothing to help. Don't get me wrong they tried, but to no avail. (We recently had quote for new door replacement up to and over £3,000! These two (wish I knew their name, I'm so sorry for not asking!) I explained the problem and they looked a bit hesitant to start, but then around 30-40 mins later, we had a door that moved smoothly using just one hand... fantastic we will be able to use it now over the summer. They changed some screws, adjust the runner and sprayed a few things.... just so happy they had too have a hug. Well done and thank you for helping out an old lady and her daughter. A 5 star service. Will certainly be calling again for any future window door issues.
