Installed a fly screen to a large double door facing the garden. First of all, the availability of the staff was outstanding, both in the shop, during the evaluation at home, an on the phone. Communication was clear from the beginning. The two guys installing the screen were friendly, professional, and quick. Best thing is that the fly screen looks good and solid. Not cheap, but it's well built and it's going to last few years with proper maintenance. /me happy
The Shutter Shop were recommended to me by the people who installed my new window. I spoke to the team and they sent oe of their colleagues around to show me what they sold, talk colours and measure up. I chose their express delivery - more expensive but I was on a tight schedule and then waited... I had a contact rather earlier than expected (hoorah!) and arranged a date for their Installer to come and install my shutters. It is all just what I wanted and my visitors think they are great. Delighted.

This place is the real deal. We ordered a number of tier on tier shutters for the front of our house and everything was faultless - and I don't say that lightly .The customer care, communication and the fitting all handled amazingly well. A proper British business that provides top quality products, expert fitting and world class service. If you're thinking about getting shutters I would highly, highly recommend using them.
