North East Conservatory Solutions Ltd (NECS Group)

North East Conservatory Solutions Ltd trades as NECS Group. NECS Group is a collection of specialist businesses supplying the UK home improvement, construction and trade sectors. NECS Roof Systems specialises in Guardian Warm Roof systems, SIP extensions, conservatory roof replacements and roof lanterns.

Skylights UK is described as VELUX-approved specialists supplying and installing roof windows, skylights and flat roof glazing systems. NECS Home Improvement Centre supplies building plastics, wall panels, decking, flooring, roofline products and trade essentials. NECS Group offers nationwide supply and delivery capabilities. NECS Group works with recognised manufacturers and systems across the group.

Velux window replacements, solar-powered blinds, conservatory warm roofs and Guardian roof systems with skypods all feature among the work customers describe, and the feedback points to a settled pattern of dependable service from this Blaydon-based conservatory specialist. Reviews regularly refer to Dylan for the clarity of his quotations, the options he sets out and the dates he fixes in advance, while fitters such as Connor, Kristian, Kieran and Jack are praised for turning up as arranged and laying floor and carpet protection from the front door to the work area, so that hardly anything is left to clear away.

Careful handling of problems is a recurring theme, illustrated by a leaking Pennine conservatory that was inspected at short notice before the Christmas break and honestly assessed despite the fault being a complex one. Several accounts describe being kept informed from quotation through to fitting, and the family-run character of the firm is noted alongside its friendliness. Repeat commercial orders for roof systems, punctual deliveries and a useful on-site measuring service also come through, as does work completed to the same standard in sub-zero temperatures.
