Enhance Conservatories

This is our favourite room in the house, and if we're in the house during the day we are most likely to be here working, entertaining, or just chilling out. Even on dull days or before the sun comes round to the back of the house, the room is full of light and warms up quickly. The radiator warms up the room very quickly in winter. I appreciated the time and attention to detail spent on getting the right design and cost options, the 'salesman'/ design advisor patiently sat toggling through lots of different options so we could see the effect of design and cost with each little change and I could not have been more pleased with the design we had built. We got planning permission and it was painless as the company did it all for us, and every one of the builders was polite, hardworking, had high standards, and left things clean and tidy at the end. The office administrator is very organised and manages everything very well, we could do with someone like her running the country. Because our house has a very unusual wall and roof design, we did have some problems with water in the ceiling. The company sent someone out the same day and the problem with the roof of our house was identified - we got that fixed by a roofing company (because it was our house at fault, not the conservatory) and we've had no problems since, and I was therefore impressed by the aftercare. I have recommended Enhance Conservatories to friends, who are also very happy with their new cosy, warm room.

We visited the showroom first. The very helpful lady assistant explained the roof system and we made an appointment for a home visit. We were given a £500 voucher to show for an extra discount when the sales rep visited. We had 4 quotes for the same system from northeast suppliers so we are quoting as close to like for like. All reps had the same colour swatches, sample roof cross sections and similar 4 week lead times. Enhanced were by far the most expensive (even after our "so called" £500 discount voucher had been applied). So I didn't know if we were getting any real discount or was it just a con to get a foot in the door. The rep was pleasant enough, professional and answered most of our questions but we wouldn't sign immediately.

I had such a positive experience with this company when they built a conservatory in my previous house. Once I’d moved into my 1960s bungalow I knew I could trust Enhance to install my replacement windows which included a bow window. I was not disappointed, from survey to completion all members of the team were professional and efficient. Paul and Paul , the installers were so skilled at their job and left the job perfectly completed and my home and garden tidy and clean. Couldn’t be happier and would recommend this company.

I just thought I would share my experience for future customers, I'm now 3/4 of the way through my build and after having extensions before this company have made the whole experience absolutely painless. From Nick doing the sales and Nicole in the office keeping me up to date on uthe build, the whole build team ground work, builder and fitters absolute class. The next people to attend will be the electrician and plasterer, if they work the same as the rest I will have no problem giving enhance a 5 star rating at the end of the project. I will write another update I have no problem at this time on my experience recommending enhance conservatory.

Professional, timely, 1st class service throughout. Particular thanks to the two fitters (Paul & Paul) who worked tirelessly and produced a great result. Their attention to detail and pride in their work was self evident and refreshing. Nothing was too much trouble and they were friendly and courteous, not to mention how unbelievably clean and tidy they left my home every day. I'm left with what I'd hoped for windows which have transformed and rejuvenated my Victorian Terrace. I would thoroughly recommend this company and product from the initial contact by the salesman, to the visit by the surveyor and subsequent contact/updates from India in the office. Many thanks.

Great local family run business ! We are renovating a cottage at the moment and needed new sash windows and doors. All the Team are wonderful from first initial visit by Tom and then by the Surveyor and always kept in contact to when installation would be starting. Whilst our cottage is a shambles at the moment the installers Steve and Alfie were still very respectful of our property inside and out. No mucking about with *Oh's and Ah's about how tricky things might be that you normally sadly get from tradesman ! These lads just got on with the job and got things done in super fast time. They were both very friendly and did a wonderful job ! Totally recommend and would defo use them again in the future. Well done guys !!
