This is a very good blinds place. I would highly recommend this shop, it has a very big variety of blinds to choose from and they are very high quality

A Costly Warning: Do Not Fall for the "Solutions" Sales Pitch. So, my wife and I believe in supporting local businesses, but our experience with Green Lane Blinds has been a distressing and expensive mistake. We are sharing this so no one else falls into the same trap. Against our better judgment, we were taken in by Jack’s smooth-talking banter. Usually, when a salesperson "waffles" this much, we walk away. We truly regret that we didn’t. We were sold on the promise that they are a "Solutions-based" company—that no challenge was too big. This turned out to be nothing more than empty rhetoric. The reality? When a challenge arose—simply fitting the blinds flush to our bay roof—the "solutions" vanished. Despite showing them photographic proof of how two previous sets of venetian blinds had been perfectly installed by others, Jack and his fitter offered nothing but excuses. Their repeated defence was, “We’ve been fitting blinds for 20 years.” Well, I have news for you Jack… longevity does not equal quality. Twenty years in the trade hasn't taught them how to measure accurately; as the photos show, the gap isn't out by a few millimetres—it is off by miles. The most alarming part, however, was the complete lack of professional conduct. When my wife attempted to resolve this amicably over the phone, Jack refused to listen. He repeatedly talked over her and dismissed her concerns with a barrage of excuses. It was dismissive, unprofessional, and frankly, appalling. Our message is simple: Buy from Green Lane Blinds at your own peril. We have had to pay twice, engaging a professional, customer-focused company to strip out and replace the "tat" left behind. Don’t let their banter cost you your peace of mind and your hard-earned money.

Just wow Such a great company, down to owner measuring the girls on the phone and the lad who fitted absolutely excellent service 5* plus id say will be back for roller blinds without a doubt.

Really poor service and quality. Ordered before Christmas and still not resolved. First repair in February didn’t fix the issue, and one blind was taken away again and hasn’t been returned. Visited the shop four times—each time promised a call back, but nothing. Expensive blinds that don’t block light properly, making sleep after night shifts difficult. If you have money to waste, this is the place to go. Very disappointing experience 👎🏻

Can not recommend Jack & his team enough. They fitted all the blinds in my clinic. Things that really stood out for me, they listened to what I wanted, they were on time for both measure and fitment and left no mess! Brilliant service and brilliant team!

I can’t praise Green Lane blinds enough and would recommend them to anyone. Andy, who measured up and fitted our new blinds was such a lovely friendly person, who was very knowledgeable and full of good advice; he obviously loves his work - sorry for all the silly questions Andy! We had different types of blinds fitted in several rooms - all are of excellent quality and reasonably priced. Superb service from start to finish.

First time using Green lane blinds. Wont use again. The blind curls out at the sides. They changed it once and the second blind is even worse. This time they say I chose this material and they dont usually have problems, so if I want to change Id have to pay. I will have to pay but I wont be paying to green lane blinds. Really disappointed.
