XL Windows | Double Glazing Ipswich & Suffolk

We used Excel Windows to install new windows, porch door and conservatory. We found everything from the first enquiry to the final finish a very professional and skilled business. As well as being the most competitive quote, we also found James's design and knowledge in depth. It is always a worry whether trades can be true to their word but everything that was spoken about was delivered. The conservatory was built from scratch including all the groundwork in a quite confined space. The installation of the windows, porch and conservatory was also completed by professional, experienced and knowledgeable workmen and the final finish is superb. An electrician also fitted lights, sockets and a heater in the conservatory. Overall, I would 100% recommend this company to anyone who is looking to make home improvements.

From the moment I met James I knew I wanted this company to do our windows, James is a lovely friendly guy who listened to everything I wanted and helped with anything I was unsure of including the designs of the windows. Windows were quoted and installed within 6 weeks which was amazing as our sliding doors had broken. The guys that came to do the fitting were lovely also and have done an amazing job. What a superb job. XL built us a sunroom with a warm roof. Everyone who has seen it is really impressed - even the building control inspector who praised the brick work and the flashing. People tell us it looks like its always been there - which is true praise. The workmanship is excellent - thank you Aidie for the ground works and the brick work. Thank you Dave for the excellent construction and thank you the others who worked so carefully to make it great. My only minor quibble is that communication wasn't always great - but the end product is excellent.

We had a warm roof installed to our existing conservatory. From James's first contact to installation we have been very pleased with the result. We were under no pressure. The price was very competitive and we were happy to proceed. The installers were friendly and very helpful. They cleaned up and left everything tidy. We would be happy to recommend XL.

Fabulous, my little cottage looks really beautiful with the lovely duck egg blue doors instead of boring brown. James has been so helpful and Dave who did all the work just amazing, he worked so hard to make everything perfect. Highly recommended.

Couldn't be happier. Had a number of quotes, but James gave us great confidence and as my daughter had already used the company and is delighted with her new doors, I went ahead. The guys who did the dismantling of the old conservatory were excellent. Due to its shape I was worried about security but they kept the side wall and back door in place and did the roof first. The following day they put the frontage and back door on. They were so tidy, kept us updated the whole time. And when a major issue was found regarding the work done by the previous window company, they sorted it the same day. James was incredible about the cost too. After us messing James about, due health issues, delaying the build by a few years. We are so thankful they stuck with us, cause the conservatory looks amazing, Daves attention to detail played a huge part.
