We recently bought a house with windows and doors supplied by Ipswich Trade Frames. Even though we are the second owners, ITF have been great in resolving any little warranty issues. Everyone I've dealt with has been helpful and polite. We've also had some extra work done, such as changing some panes of glass, and asked for advice about things, and I always get a quick and informative response. Shout out to Troy and Fraz for all their help, I really appreciate it.

Right from the start this process was seamless. I received a quotation via Sean based on size and photo. Then Jordan came out and measured everything exactly. Macca and Steve came to install arriving at 8am as promised and had finished removing and replacing old bi fold doors, cleaning up thoroughly inside and out and explaining everything to me by 12.30.
