Woodcraft Windows Oxford

These doors are a bit pricey - but worth every penny. The design, measurement and fitting were all painstaking & professional, and the door looks great & makes me feel really safe and secure.

Very pleased with our Woodcraft windows- good quality and well made. Adam and Taff did a great job of removing our old windows and installing the new ones and the whole team have been very professional and responsive from start to finish.

While the door itself is a great product, the overall experience has been disappointing. The installation was done poorly, with issues that should not have occurred had proper care been taken. What has been even more frustrating is the aftercare process. Communication has been slow and difficult. A quality product alone is not enough, installation and customer service matter just as much. Unfortunately, in our case, those aspects fell short.

Apprehensive about making the decision to spend the money, did my research chose woodcraft windows best decision I've made. They are not the cheapest but the quality and service was second to none, even the making good left our property better than when they started. Would not go anywhere else 5 stars doesn't seem enough.

Love our new door and had it fitted just in time for Christmas. Needed to get entrance way repainted after fitting but guess that’s to be expected.

Incredibly impressed with Woodcraft Windows. They were one of the more affordable options for wooden sash window replacement from a number of quotes, the service was exceptional throughout and everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional, the windows are great quality and the fitters went above and beyond to leave everything finished to a great standard despite the bad state of the plaster in an old house - even working for an additional day to originally planned to make repairs/redecorate which wasn't really their responsibility to do! Can't recommend highly enough

V good overall experience. V nice product (double glazed sash). Efficient installation and friendly, tidy installers. Good customer support. Only thing we hadn't anticipated was having to re-fix one curtain rail after installation, but that will be minor cost compared with overall. Would give 4.5 stars if i could (i 'never' give 5!) - Would definitely recommend anyway!
