Great experience from start to finish Had a small issue with matching the door colour to trim as this was not mentioned in the original sales visit and that they can be a different shade/finish but surveyor and office team sorted this with no fuss Installation team of James K & Connor were outstanding Quality install and even went a little above and beyond with a few items Had a few minor issues on the day, pane cracked, full door trim not arrived and a door key was bent but James and Kevin are going to sort and return to finish these snags Great guys and left the work area spotless Fingers crossed the snags are closed out quickly

Delroy came to give us a quote on all our windows and doors, he was really open and honest about all of the products, timeframes, and arrangements. We could not afford to get everything done at once, so he took the time to work out a separate quote for just the patio doors. He has been responsive and supportive throughout the whole process. And was super nice to boot. We also dealt with Amber who was charming and helpful, and checked in with us to make sure we were happy with everything we were having done. Patio doors were fitted promptly, and are really good quality. There were some minor finishing snags but the company have been really helpful in getting them sorted efficiently.

I was very impressed by my sales advisor Sam Shah today. He came across as a very pleasant person who gave us very professional guidance on demonstrating the product and explaining the company. He was very helpful in his advice and wasn’t at all pushy, just confident in his approach and we managed to come to an agreement that suited us and our budget. I would highly recommend him to any potential clients.

Hi, just thought I would post a review about the first step of my experience with TMC. I was able to chat with Ian (Butler) about my thoughts on the doors I wanted to have renewed. He was very helpful, and I felt comfortable discussing the various options available and he answered some quite simple question that gave me confidence on the quality of the work to be undertaken. He included an explanation on how the new double glazing would greatly improve keeping heat out of the porch door into the house. ( It was a VERY hot day). I’m now waiting for the surveyor to come and make the final assessment before the doors can be made. I’m impressed that the doors come with a 20 year guarantee actually, as previous work done by a different installer didn’t. Anyway I’ll will provide further reviews as the work continues.

I had a cold caller at the door with leaflets I could check. I don't like cold callers but he left leaflets and I was able to do a bit of research, found they seemed a reputable local firm and invited a representative to visit. Sam was friendly and professional and spent time explaining what choices were on offer, giving helpful advice and advising what I thought was a fair price with good terms available. I have since been visited by Sean to measure up for what I have ordered, also pleasant and professional. Very impressed so far. Look forward to being able to give a good review on the installation.

We had a brilliant experience with TWC from start to finish - and I have waited a really long time before posting this review to see how our new windows actually perform. I decided to get a quote after a very pleasant chap was knocking doors in our area. Sam then came round one evening and was endlessly friendly, helpful and patient in working through exactly what we would want. Up to this point, we were not really thinking of having all of our windows replaced yet, but Sam was so thorough and came up with an impressive quote. We wanted to actually see what we were interested in so Sam met us at the showroom the following weekend, and we decided to go for all new windows. The installation also went smoothly and we have been really, really pleased with the results. Sam had assured that we would get much less condensation, which I was a bit sceptical about as this had become a massive problem in some rooms of our house, but it is true. It was fairly minimal, all through the Winter, which was amazing. We highly recommend TWC and will not hesitate to approach them when we decide to go for a new front door.

James and Connor were very professional and quick with the door installation. The door looks much better than the oak front door I had before and their installation and workmanship is to a high standard. I am very happy with the service I have received so far. Thanks guys
