Professionalism and a neat finish are the themes that surface most often in feedback on this Coventry blinds and shutters specialist. Several buyers describe the fitting of roller, vertical and Venetian blinds as meticulous, with everything left tidy once the work is complete. Sami, named repeatedly in accounts, is praised for arriving when he says he will, working quickly and keeping clients informed from the first enquiry through to the finished installation.

Reviewers repeatedly mention the range of samples brought to the home, which helps customers settle on a style, and the quality of the products supplied is described as holding up well over time. Pricing is called fair for the amount of work involved, and one account notes that a blind was altered to fit a window within a day when the need was urgent.

Friendliness and courtesy come up often, with the same technician described as cheerful and polite throughout. The work is said to suit whole-house projects as well as single rooms, and the result is consistently described as looking excellent once fitted.
