Replacement blinds for my "Ulity Room" & new blinds for Kitchen. I would like to say a big thank you from sorting out the surveys to selecting & fitting these blinds, all my downstairs was recently redecorated, including new floor in living room. Any query I had was immediately resolved over the phone or by email, with Nicky & Sally.

We are really happy with our blinds, there was a small issue with wrong colour in one of rooms but it was resolved within the hour so what more could they do these things happen occasionally but we were happy the way the problem was dealt with immediately. Blinds are lovely and price very reasonable although we did have a discount as we had just had new windows with clearview. Any we would definitely recommend to others! Thankyou!

However, I was disappointed with the work of the installer: my new laminate was damaged, the windowsill was scratched, and unnecessary holes were made in the window. I found the installation careless and unprofessional.”
