Todd Doors Reading Showroom

Just drove a distance to order a door once we had seen it. Waited 20 mins to be served then told it would be 6 MONTHS for delivery! Don’t waste your time check stock before visiting.

When my wife and I visited the Reading branch of Todd Doors we were treated like old friends. Tilly could not have been more helpfull and she put us both at ease. She went through everything so clearly, explained all the options in a way that was easy to understand, and made sure we felt completely confident in our decision. LOOK. I wasn't here to buy doors, I was here to walk through them. To look at them and be like damn what would look good in MY HOUSE. What if did get from this experience was one big door to the store to walk through before I was able to marvel at the door types and textures like I was visiting a museum. The staff asked if I needed help but I was fine. fine. I was here to take in the sheer stunning wonderful doors. When I do decide to buy a door, it wont be given away, it'll be to replace my inner bathroom door which doesnt close properly. Mark my words Todd Doors, once I do some measurements ill be back!

Having researched the market for internal Oak doors, I decided to purchase 14 K4500 doors from Todd Doors. I visited the Reading showroom to view the door prior to purchasing and was served by their Branch manager, Tilly. Tilly was very helpful in answering my questions, checking availability and confirming a delivery date when placing the order. The delivery was made on the date originally stated and was completed within the time period the office advised the day before delivery. Abdul, our delivery driver was very careful in off loading the doors and placing them where we requested. The doors are packaged well with corner protection as well as foam and cardboard edge protection, with clear plastic leaving the door faces visible. All doors were delivered in good condition. I have been impressed with the service by Todd Doors from enquiry, through order placement to delivery, as well as the response from their door experts to answer any technical questions. The product is very good and priced competitively. With that and good customer service I would happily use them again.
