It serves commercial, industrial, residential, and corporate clients. The company offers clean and respectful installations. It provides clear, honest pricing with transparent, detailed quotes and no hidden costs. The company follows a simple installation process: design consultation, measure and manufacture, installation, and customer support.

Commercial and residential projects alike feature in the feedback for this Reading firm, whose reviews cover window replacement, French doors, porches and front doors supplied and fitted. More than one customer describes the quality of both products and workmanship as excellent, with the finish on frames and fittings repeatedly singled out, including one job where rotted frames in a small lobby were replaced and the result described as transforming a previously unsightly area.

Punctuality and reliability come up often: fitters arrive when promised, work efficiently and complete jobs quickly, with one customer noting a home turned around inside a week after a previous supplier let them down. More than one review highlights clear pricing and value, alongside communication that continues before, during and after installation, from help choosing door colours and glass designs to follow-up visits ensuring satisfaction.

Tidiness is another recurring theme, with teams cleaning up after themselves and leaving commercial and domestic properties neat. Ash, also named as Ashish, appears frequently for supervising projects at every stage, assisted by Sarab and other team members, and their friendliness and professionalism are praised. Handling of problems, including return visits to complete snagging, is described positively, and the resulting doors and windows, whether uPVC or aluminium, are reported as well fitted and smart.
