The two workmen completed the work in two days , the second of which was one of the hottest of the summer. They worked like beavers over two full days, were very courteoua in our dealings with them and completed a very professional job that we are very happy with. Neighbours have commented on how well it looks.
Very pleased with service provided by Home Design Group. Personnel were professional in manner from initial phone call, through consultation to final installation of front door. I particularly liked the What happens Next? document you received at the initial consultation. It gave estimated timescales from date of contract signed and was a very useful guide as to were you were on the journey e.g when survey department would be in touch, when techical surveyor would meet to take accurate measurements, when installation department would be in touch to arrange fitting date and when fitting would commence. Details of payment were also on this document. A useful reference. This entire process was discussed with consultant Adam. He listened carefully to my wishes and was able to show me examples. This was helpful in making my final decisions. Installation work was completed in timely manner. Everything left clean and tidy. Very happy with my front door and with Home design Group for making it happen hassle free.
Great experience with the Home Design Group to get my roofline sorted - new gutters, fascia, soffits, downpipes and upper cladding. The initial callout was thorough and Michael was able to answer any questions I had and provided a quote on the spot. Price was good and lower than I had expected. Got things booked in, had a bit of a wait but the guys arrived on time on the date scheduled and got everything done to great standard within two days. All rubbish removed. Would recommend the team on to anyone looking similar work done.
Absolutely delighted with our new PVC fascias, guttering, downpipes and soffits. This has really tidied up the outside of our home. We first spoke to Michael in March and he came out to have a consultation with us and was very informative with what was offered. We decided to go ahead with the company. Our fitting happened at the start of this week by the fabulous Sam (The Fascia man) and Ricky. Both men were very professional and efficient with their work, keeping me informed and tidying up after themselves. Sam and Ricky were also lovely to chat to. Communication from the start of the process to the end was top notch and couldn't fault anything. Thank you all very much.
The most impressive fitters I have ever had the pleasure to meet. Stephen and Reece arrived promptly and couldn't have been more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, they put up new brackets for my blinds and even hung the blinds when the windows were finished. They were very neat and tidy clearing up everything as they fitted each window and door. Such a please to have two guys who were polite and experienced.

We had new windows installed with The Home Design Group two weeks ago and we are absolutely delighted with them. The man that came out to talk to us initially, think his name was Mr J Bodell, was really lovely and very knowledgeable, answered any questions we had and took the time to make sure we were happy with every think before committing, it was very refreshing to feel no pressure from him! The guys that installed, Stevie and Reece, we also really lovely, easy to talk to and again great at answering any questions we had about the fitting, and accommodating with us coming and going from the house! They did a fantastic job of fitting the windows, we have had quite a few neighbours commenting on how good the windows look! This new addition to our home has made such a difference with how the house looks, the triple glazing has made a huge difference to how the rooms all feel, warmer and just not cold most of the time without a fire or heating on, I know this winter will be a warmer one! thanks to all of the team at The Home Design Group, we would definitely recommend them :)
