The overall experience was first class .Our initial contact with Daniel in Sales was informative , clear and straightforward. Emma kept in touch at all times with progress post order placing . William was our fitter. He was a true professional with a wonderful attention for detail . No request was beyond him- a huge asset to the Company . The finished product is truly remarkable and one with which we are truly delighted .
First time home owner and first time having to put windows in, can be very stressful, but with Emerald they made the process very easy, from the sales rep, the guy who came to ensure the measurements were right, and he made me feel at ease with the whole process( sorry can't remember his name), and Emma was always at the end of the phone and ensured we were kept in the loop at all times. And finally the guys who install the windows Denis and Juris, they were very efficient and left the place very tidy, so massive thank you guys for doing an excellent job.
We had all windows fitted by Dennis and Juris. Both me and my wife have worked most of our lives in customer facing roles and we were so impressed by not only the work ethic and workmanship but also the empathy they had ie checking what we wanted,working with as little disruption as possible and fully clearing up after. Dealings with Emma.Danni,Jennifer and Mark made us feel looked after and the whole experience meant the least possible stress. Thank you all. Just had a new front door fitted by William. A fantastic fellow. Professional, efficient, thorough and so helpful. He did an amazing job and I am overjoyed with how beautiful it looks. Couldn't have asked for a better guy to install my new door.

After having windows installed by Emerald we had a conservatory built. A few hiccups along the way but the work was completed and we are very happy with it. Emma and team were so good and went the extra mile to overcome any issues. The end product is excellent and customer service from Emma and the team was of the highest standard and a credit to the company.
Just had 7 windows and a door replaced on the back of the house. Delighted with the results. The finish is excellent. I cannot see anything that needs a touch of paint. James, who was there during all the work, was very friendly and easy to talk to. Andy, was there one of the days, was also very easy to get along with. Both were excellent at the work they were doing. Our two other contacts, Emma and Danni, provided all the information we needed and kept us informed of what the progress was. We would have no hesitation in using Emerald again. In fact they are starting on an extension soon.
