Overall I would say the company demonstrate an average commitment to delivering quality. Big issue is the lack of communication. The use of contractors for the different aspects of the extension project was generally okay, both the electrician and the plumber were good but the ones in charge of the foundations and plastering were below average. The timeframe promised for completion was not met.

Could not recommend T&J enough. Connor is outstanding at his communication at all times throughout your project. Then his big bro Lewis comes along to make a perfect job of fitting and making it look worth all the effort. Will be getting them back to do more work in the new year! What a great family company. Thanks again guys!

We’re really happy with the work T&J Conservatives have done on our extension. The quality of the fit and finish is excellent and exactly what we were hoping for. The price quoted for the work was extremely good as well. The team worked incredibly hard throughout the project and were always professional and tidy. Communication from Mike and John has been great from start to finish, they’ve both been really helpful and easy to deal with, keeping us updated every step of the way. Overall, a brilliant experience and we’d happily recommend them to anyone.

From start to finish service communication was on point. Tim and the team delivered to our requirements with changes to suit our needs implemented with no questions asked. Guidance to the steps needed to complete our build were easy to understand and in laymen terms. Quality of workmanship and materials were of the highest. All round excellent service, we would highly recommend and will be using T&J Conservatories in the future.

Found T&J by accident, they were doing another job a few streets away. We went to their showroom at Bents Garden Centre, the lady there was very helpful and arranged for us to get a rough idea of price for when we were ready to have the work done. When that time came, Tim and Connor measured up, gave us plenty of advice including things we hadn’t considered and gave us a quote. The price was better then I had thought it might have been. They then project managed everything including other trades from start to finish. They were always at the end of the phone for the couple of times we needed them. Nothing was a problem. Their workmen and other trades (plasterer & electrician) were very professional and always tided up after themselves. I would highly recommend T&J to anyone thinking of having a new conservatory.

Brilliant work by Connor, Tim and the team at T&J. They built us a dining room extension and Connor project managed the whole build for us, checking every piece of work after it had been done, organising and coordinating all the tradesmen and materials etc. They are very professional and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for Tim or Connor and their communication is excellent. Thanks for the amazing job and helping to sort out stuff that wasn’t really in their remit, 5* from me and I would highly recommend and certainly have them back again.
