Terrible company. I chose this company because at the start of the year they had some decent reviews. I started our journey in Feb 23. Paid 50% and I had a timescale which was never hit. Some stuff fitted but to an appalling standard. Promised on numerous occasions they would fix but never did. Waited for a balustrade and juliet balcony for weeks, then months having paid my final installment (with a small amount held back) but they never supplied them or fitted them even though we had paid for the items. After a total of 9 missed instal dates and complaints by me they finally stopped contacting me. I now note they are wanting money up front from people...don't pay them a penny, just use someone decent. They have robbed us blind.

AVIOD !!! AVIOD!!! AVOID!!! WHERE TO START WITH THIS MICKEY MOUSE COMPANY!!! Firstly I had 2 quotes one from prime and alux bifolds exactly the same price 1800 supply only so I asked both companies who could manufacture and deliver the quickest. Prime "said" they could deliver 4 weeks earlier than alux. So we went ahead with the order "payment in full upfront so now they have your money" bifolds were supposed to be delivered on the 5th of September. So we had a massive hole knocked out the back of the house on the 3rd. The 5th came and went no bifolds arrived so contacted prime to discover they hadn't even manufactured them yet great now we have a huge hole in the back of the house in October 🤬 gave me a definite date of the 25th so I booked the fitter for a second time as Adam operations manager had promised a delivery date. That's right the 25th came and went still no bifolds bearing in mind that it's now the end of October and it's now very cold a simple phonecall from the on the company prior to first delivery date and the hole could have waited 🤬🤬🤬 so contacted them on the 26 again to find out from Adam the drip that they still hadn't been manufactured I've spent 400 by this point on fitters wages and still no bifolds to fit we eventually took delivery 10 weeks later. No offer of a good will gesture towards the 400 I'd spent on wages and all in all it's not a great product the seals aren't great and the runners fill up with water and generally just not great. And cancellation isn't really an option as they already have all the money not a deposit so canceling and using a proper company isn't an option AVIOD at all cost and it really is a situation where the cheapest isn't always the best the after care is non existent and if you ring to often to pester them about the product not being great or asking for some money towards the fitters wages they block you from ringing the office and request you contact them via email and they NEVER RESPOND ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE I LEFT 1 STAR AS YOU CANT LEAVE ZERO

Great service and competitive prices. We purchased several windows and a front door. The services from start to finish was perfect, the fitters were a pleasure to have working in your home. We had a slight problem with the door locking system several months later and this was quickly rectified by the team at Prime Glazing. I would definitely recommend, thank you.
