I have a french door that had a loose hinge and wouldn't close properly. I tried calling several companies and Steve returned my call right away and confirmed he could come the next day. I had 5 windows that had blown but the frames were good quality and in good condition. Steve replaced the glass including a patterned bathroom window which matches perfectly. No hitches or glitches from measuring up to installation. Steve carried out the job quickly and efficiently with minimum disruption. I am very pleased.

When one day I was unable to lock my patio door, this company provided same day service at a very reasonable price and was polite and professional throughout. The things I especially liked were their thoughtful approach (really checking out what was wrong and fixing it, instead of just replacing things and charging more); fitting in with my working hours, and the good communication. broke a hinge on my window in the room where my baby sleeps, called them up and explained the situation and just over an hour later my window was fixed! very clean and fast, could not fault them at all and would definitely recommend! The guy was very nice and checked the other window to see if anything else might need a repair. I know who I’d call if I need another repair in the future.
