Emerald Windows & Doors

Andy and Ian fitted my windows today - 4 bedroom and French doors. They did it all in one day, working really hard in high heat. They didn’t leave a mess and were friendly, polite and most importantly knew what they were doing and fitted them well. Really happy with the finished result. Would recommend Emerald. The sales person Marc was also great.

Amazing job done today by Martin, Barry & Eugine. All friendly & professional. Really efficient and took half the time we were expecting. The windows look beautiful and so light it's really made a difference to the look of the house. So glad we went with emerald been simple, easy and affordable.

From the very first point of contact with Emerald, the service was professional and faultless. Andy was brilliant at guiding us through the choice of products, and Mark carried out a comprehensive survey. Ian and Andy were smashing chaps who installed our new front door, sash windows and shutters to an exceptionally high standard. Thanks also to Shauna for supporting us throughout the process. The real diamonds, however, were Sean and Jay, who came to install our Corniche roof lantern. Unfortunately, the roofers had somehow got the measurements wrong, but Jay and Sean quickly identified the issue and advised exactly what needed to be done so the lantern could be fitted correctly. Fortunately, we were able to get the roofers back promptly to make the necessary alterations. Sean and Jay are an absolute credit to Emerald. They are genuinely two of the nicest, most conscientious and highly professional tradespeople we’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. Their workmanship, attention to detail and willingness to help were outstanding, and we couldn’t have asked for better people to install our roof lantern. A fantastic company with exceptional installers. Thank you to everyone involved, and a very special shout-out once again to Ian, Andy, Sean and Jay—you were absolutely brilliant!

Emerald windows were excellent through the whole process. Their quote was very competitive. Their Customer Services were brilliant and flexible regarding dates and times for surveys and installation. Dion and Ollie arrived on time for the installation, explained what they were doing and why or alternatives, kept the area clean and tidied up before they left. Thank you. Brilliant service and top quality products. We had our front door replaced with composite and two patio doors changed for bi-folds in early December 2025, so my review covers both the installation and living with our new doors through all weather conditions. The purchasing & installation process was faultless, communication was clear, and everything happened on time. There was never any sales pressure. Installation was slick, professional and good fun to watch. The two “Johns” were perfectionists and happy to explain what they were doing and call out options for the finishing touches. The house was left immaculate and there was only one small mark on the wall that needed touching up with paint - incredible given the work involved. There was a little bit of adjustment needed to ensure the doors closed and have been perfect since. Over the past months we’ve seen all weather conditions. The doors keep the house warmer, there are no drafts and the new locks give a good sense of security. The back of the house gets full sun so expansion was a big consideration, and I’m pleased to say they have needed no adjustment and work perfectly. The integrated blinds and heat reflective glass has made it so much easier to regulate room temperature, so I’m pleased we took these options. Overall this was a faultless installation and I would highly recommend this company.

We recently had our windows replaced, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The installation team was professional, punctual, and clearly experienced. They took the time to explain the process, protected our home during the work, and cleaned everything up afterward. The new windows and door look fantastic and have already made a noticeable difference in noise reduction and looking forward to noticing a big difference in the colder months. Emerald have recently installed a new front door for me at very short notice. I cannot fault them at all for their customer care and support from my initial survey with Marc to the installation. I am so pleased with the quality of the door and the overall finish both inside and out! A great experience and would highly recommend!
