4.8 / 5 · 474 totalI contacted this company to carry out a proper assessment of my windows, including checking the seals, mechanisms and possible causes of the noise, before providing a quotation for additional glazing. Unfortunately, the surveyor did not even open or test the windows. He appeared interested only in taking measurements for extra glazing, without first assessing whether the existing windows required adjustment, new seals or repairs. When I questioned this, both the surveyor and his manager spoke to me in a very dismissive and unprofessional manner. I felt as though they were doing me a favour rather than providing a professional service, and the surveyor’s tone was close to shouting. A proper window assessment should include checking how the windows open and close, the condition of the seals, hinges, locking mechanisms and any gaps causing draughts or noise. None of this was done. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service.
Great service, reasonable price and they came out as promised and cleaned up the broken glass and made the window secure. The ordered replacement came on the date quoted, and they were quick and effiicent installing it. Having worked with many unreliable tradesmen, these guys delivered exactly as promised with minimal fuss - would defintely use them again.

Sami and his team did an amazing job; highly recommend them. They were professional and polite from start to finish and swift too. Their prices are competitive after looking for quotes and would definitely be referring to others and use their services again in the future.
Service was good, efficient, friendly and end result cannot be faulted. They could easily get 5 stars from me if they came to install when we agreed or told me why they couldn’t make it, instead of saying they were waiting for me to confirm when I had already confirmed. They came the next day though and did a great job!
Very impressed. I thought I had a leak coming in from a window and Swift Glazing was able to come out the same morning. It turned out to be an issue with the guttering rather than the window, but they went above and beyond in diagnosing and fixing it. They were very friendly, efficient and helpful. Would not hesitate to recommend and will definitely use again if I have any future issues.
