Empire Glass And Glazing

Empire Glass and Glazing Limited is a glazier and glass repair business based in London. It serves domestic, commercial, construction, hotels, facilities management and building maintenance providers, fit out companies, and the rail industry.

The company provides in-house expertise including technically proficient labour, technical advice, and health and safety documentation. It also offers a glass merchant service providing cut or manufactured products on a supply-only basis with free delivery. Its main services include glass, glass hardware, basic repairs, decorative items, and larger complex projects.

Glass cutting, glass repair and the replacement of double glazed units and panes are the services that come through most often in feedback about Empire Glass And Glazing, and the accounts describe a consistently well-run operation across London. Reviews regularly refer to how swiftly enquiries are dealt with, with appointments arranged at short notice and emails answered almost immediately by Chris, who is named for his responsiveness and clear explanations.

Nancy is also singled out, both for her friendly manner and for skilled fitting work. The jobs range from swapping misted and blown units and re-glazing sash windows and uPVC doors to cutting glass for an antique cabinet, with careful measuring and a tidy finish noted by customers. An observation shared by more than one reviewer is the professionalism of the team and the fairness of the quotes, one of which was prepared in detail by Nicola and included a survey at no extra cost.

Customers also describe panels and sliding doors being taken out with care, and the weather being watched so that a flat was not flooded mid-job. Difficulties such as a mirror that had been badly finished were handled flexibly, with options put forward before any fitting. Workmanship, punctuality and courteous communication from first call to final fitting tie the feedback together.
