Oscar and Roman worked tirelessly through the heatwave. Marcin the Electrician, the plasterer and painter (sorry didn't get their names) All were professional, punctual and respectful. You have transformed our Conservatory (fridge/ greenhouse) into a beautiful usable room ! We can't thank you enough! 5 star company! And a great price too!!

After searching for a company to just re-roof my conservatory as I already had had a ceiling put inside, Smart conservatories were able to help me. I have to say, from the moment the sales man turned up to discuss and quote me (Richard), I was impressed. No hard sales, understood my needs and I can honestly say it was an easy decision. I have not been disappointed. The company's communication is excellent, which is what I especially like. I knew when they were starting and how long the job would take and what they required from me. On top of that, the work men that turned up to do the roof, and the plastering, were very polite. They turned up when they said they were going to, and worked very hard and were very tidy. My 21ft conservatory roof was transformed in less than 3 days. So impressed with Smart Conservatories. I work with contractors every day in my job, and find so many to be unreliable, so I am always sceptical when it comes to contractors. But they didn't let me down or disappoint. Definitely a company I would highly recommend.

Smart Conservstory Solutions have replaced the roof, sorted the electrics, plastered the walls and painted all within 10 days. Looks great.

The company and staff were impressive in all stages, from the initial phone call with Sam, to our survey and quote with Daniel, Ian and Colin for organising the installation. Communication was excellent throughout. The installers worked hard in bad weather, and all trades people were polite and professional. it looks so much better inside and out with a more consistent temperature and great heat retention with less noise also, no longer a cold storage area. It feels like a new comfortable space.

I have to say its quite worrying when you see your house being dismantled but Greg made it all so reassuring and his work ethic 2nd to non he did a wonderful job as did the electrician, plasterer and decorator, All very professional and well trained and are polite and respectful. The office staff keep you up to date on an almost daily basis. I have no problems highly recommending this company

We found smart conservatory solutions a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. We were easily able to get an approximate price over the phone so we could proceed within our budget. The lady on the phone Sam was brilliant and talked us through the process and reassured us there would be no pressure sales. Richard the sales advisor who came to our home was lovely. The team who installed our roof were amazing and very tidy and clean. Support from the office with questions which were technical and around building regs were all answered very quickly and the build regs were applied for and sorted for us and we had to do no extra work. Adding a solid roof on a conservatory is a big investment, but now we have done it, we question why we didn’t do it years ago. It has now made the room useable all year round and well worth the investment. We contacted a few companies to obtain quotes and we selected Smart Conservatory Solutions from Northampton. Our main reason for choosing them over the others was mostly due to their professional approach and very clear and precise quote, with a very detailed breakdown of the work and a precise timeline for completion. Upon accepting their quote, they arranged for one of their technicians to attend and conduct a very detailed survey. The gentleman who attended was very knowledgeable and talked through the complete process as well as offering guidance on options available such as roof tiles, velux windows, lighting etc. Following the survey, we received a detailed contract which gave a firm start date and we were advised that the works would take 4-5 days to complete. A week before the works were due to commence, we received a further confirmation and a very detailed schedule. True to their word, the installation guys arrived exactly at the time they said and completed the work by the end of day four. The electrician than come the following day and wired up the lights, followed by the plasterer the day after, job done! All of the tradesman who attended were extremely polite, tidy and very hardworking. I have to say, the plasterer was totally amazing, he plastered the ceiling in no more than a few hours and didn’t even splash any plaster on the glass. The whole job from start to finish was run like a military operation. I don’t usually leave reviews, but in this instance, I really felt I had to make comment and thank EVERYONE at Smart Conservatory Solutions for a fantastic job, which was stress free and produced a great end result. If you are thinking about having a solid roof on your conservatory talk to these guys and I’m sure you won’t be disappointed.
