Easy to order. Units were to spec and delivery driver was awesome. Could have done with some communication after order and pre delivery. Waited the day before delivery to email and check that they were coming : staff were very friendly and helpful with info. Delivery on time. Will order from sealed units again. Thanks

I am very pleased with the quality and price of my sealed unit as you see, now part of my garden room door. However, I am not so pleased with the delivery having paid extra for a guaranteed by delivery date that was not met. Nor was I notified it would be late and not even an apology when it was delivered late! My order Ref 481510

I have used sealed units on line many times over the last 5 years ( to replace blown units in my house) the quality of the units has always been spot on. And the price very competitive. I always go for the free delivery which is around a month, and they always deliver bang on time or earlier (they do send you an email that it's on the way). I can 100% recommend this company, as they have never let me down.

Needed a sealed double glazed unit with a hole cut in it for a cat flap. Sent off the measurements and received the unit within the delivery time frame (opted for free as wasn't in a rush). Perfect fit for us and now we have 2 happy cats who can come and go as they please!

A first class service. I ordered a number of units and they all arrived within the specified timeline and were exactly as requested. This was my first time using sealed units online and I will be back to buy some more units from them as I have a few more windows which are showing signs of their age and need to replacing.
