Excellent service. Joe and Padraig arrived on time - worked non stop and left area cleaner than what it had been. New Windows look great and Joe made me aware of features in the value Windows which I was never aware off. No excuse now for not cleaning the outside. Excellent service .

Spoke to Roof Window Specialists Ltd on the Monday evening, Velux was installed the following Monday morning. Great service and support throughout. Fitters came at agreed time, neat and tidy job. Highly recommended

I could not recommend this company enough. From start to finish they are courteous, highly professional, friendly and quick. For a little more detail, I rang up for a quote, and being a little unsure of weather or not the windows would fit through the ceiling gap into the room, to be on the safe side, within days I had a rep out to measure and price replacements for two rather large roof windows which had exceeded a 40 year life span. Shortly after paying the deposit, it was arranged for the work to be carried out. The fitters were very professional, arriving just before 9am had both windows replaced before 12 and honestly you would not have known they were here. The room was left the way they found it, hoovered and dust free. From the initial phone call to fitting, it was just shy of 3 weeks and the difference is unbelievable, the room is much brighter and I dare say will be a lot warmer in the winter. I did get several other quotes, including pricing the windows myself and having someone fit them, but honestly, if you want a highly competitive and hassle free replacement of your Velux, give these folk a call.

From initial contact until fully installed everyone we spoke to was friendly & professional. Cathy organised a visit for estimate which was carried out quickly & efficiently. When we decided to go ahead the installation was quickly organised & we were kept well informed. The installers Joe & Pauric were efficient, friendly & clean workmen. You wouldn't have known they had been in, except for the lovely new windows Great service from start to finished & a wonderful job. Highly recommend

We recently had two Velux windows replaced by The Roof Window Specialists and were very impressed with the service. The three installers arrived exactly when they said they would, completed the entire job quickly and efficiently, and left everything spotless afterwards. The new windows look fantastic and the quality of the workmanship is excellent. We would happily recommend them to anyone considering replacement roof windows.

The windows we got for our sons bedroom are fantastic..they keep his room much warmer and a lot brighter.They really enhance the room. Each window is amazing. Cathy kept us up to speed regarding when the men would be doing the job and more or less kept us up to date with everything. The 2 guys who did our windows were brilliant..they covered the whole of our stair carpet and worked away fitting the windows. I assumed I would have to tidy up and hoover etc..after the left but couldn't believe how clean they left the place..not 1 spec of dust to be seen and the window area doesn't even need to be painted. The senior guy showed us how the windows worked and didn't leave until he was sure we were happy with everything. Siobhan in the office was also very helpful and friendly regarding prices and info and payment. Thanks again folks. A great company to deal with. 👍
